Everything we do will be educational, therapeutic and beneficial to our service users wellbeing! you just won’t see us sat behind a desk.

Parents need a break to do something that is just for them, we are here to provide you with that well deserved break.

You may have some shopping you want to do, get your hair done, nails or just some lunch with a friend or your partner and you don’t wish to drag the children/ teens along, we will provide that opportunity for you.

Wednesdays is wellbeing adventures sourced and arranged by notapuzzlepiece for families to attend together, parent/parents/ carers and their young people, visiting local places of interest, partaking in a variety of trips whilst we rebuild, reconnect, strengthen connections with our own, we are all here together for anyone even during your storms, you will be welcomed, therapy isn’t simply sat in a room!

We have educational packages available all facilitated by the lovely Valli Turnor a woman with a wealth of knowledge and experience with this particular subject matter, such as sexual health, grooming awareness and internet safety.
