New Autistic Wellbeing Group In Partnership With DGH Neurodivergent Consultancy!

We are excited to announce that we are partnering with our patron, David Gray-Hammond, through his business DGH Neurodivergent Consultancy, to provide a new service.

Mindfully Divergent is a wellbeing group facilitated by David that aims to incorporate mindful living, psychoeducation, and community connection in order to foster improved wellbeing for members.

The group will run once a fortnight at 12pm UK time on Wednesdays. The first group will be on October 1st, 2025. Each session will cost £10.

Members who sign up get access to a WhatsApp group to keep the community connection going.
