If you or your child cannot access public transport due to your disability or mobility needs, the Taxicard is a subsidised service providing Black Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles to those who might find it difficult or impossible to access other modes of transport.


Freedom Pass provides Londoners over the age of 66 and those with eligible disabilities free public transport across the capital and on local buses across England. Find out more about this scheme and apply for, or manage, your Freedom Pass here.

The Continence Advisory Service provides advice, support and treatment to patients with bladder and bowel dysfunctions. These include urinary stress, overflow and urgency problems, constipation and diarrhoea.


The service also provides continence equipment and products to individuals who need them, your child is entitled to nappies if they are still in them at age 5 and over:
