'Emma,
I am aware of your recent posting to social media. I am writing to inform you that we consider the post to be wholly unacceptable and, potentially, a contravention of General Data Protection Regulation. As such, myself, and the Greenwich Carers Centre Board of Trustees request that the video be taken down without delay. You should also be aware that we have been in touch with our legal team today and are considering legal redress.

Dear Stuart Tattersall,
Here's your email which should actually have been an apology for your staffs appalling behaviour, I have broken it into segments for you with the relevant replies:
"Emma",
Answer: You don't know me Stuart, that would be Ms Dalmayne to you.
"I am aware of your recent posting to social media."
Answer: That's great news Stu, you would be as we were sure to tag Greenwich Carers Centre. No doubt you've seen the disgust by the commenters at what took place.
You should also be aware that your employee Julie Burns commented under a profile on Facebook called 'Kal Stables' on your post promoting the event in question, and gave her name. That post has since been deleted.
Interesting that her role is in 'Wellbeing', yet she cared little for the Black Autistic adult who she herself had invited to speak, who she then patronised and tried to shut down from giving information.
"I am writing to inform you that we consider the post to be wholly unacceptable and, potentially, a contravention of General Data Protection Regulation."
Answer: Section As the meeting was open to the public and the building is owned by Greenwich Council a public body the meeting would be considered a public space under section 33 of the criminal justice act 1972. And as a public space there is no expectation of privacy.
"As such, myself, and the Greenwich Carers Centre Board of Trustees request that the video be taken down without delay."
Answer: Can you clarify what exactly you find offensive about this video? If it showed GCC in a good light would you still want it removed?
I had every right to reply to the Psych's questions when he interupted my talk, a talk I was asked to give. It was my right to state our position on Positive Behaviour Support and Applied Behavioral Analysis at Autistic Inclusive Meets. We would not support either, they are both compliance driven training programmes proven to cause trauma.
The Freedom of Expression is covered by article 10 of the European Convention of Human Rights. It specifically states that I have the right to expression through both television and video.
It should also be noted that no objection was made at the time for our director to video me at the meeting. The video would be then be considered her property to do with as she wished.
"You should also be aware that we have been in touch with our legal team today and are considering legal redress."
Answer: That's interesting Stuart, will you be using Greenwich tax payers money to fund taking an Autistic Activist to court, or do you have a special 'Shut Up & Sit Down' fund for disabled adults who get out of line? What will the grounds be?
Eagerly awaiting your reply,
Emma Dalmayne and The Board of Director's.
CEO - Autistic Inclusive Meets
